Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cleaner than I expected, but there were delays in getting them ready, and some amenities were missing. The compensation provided was minimal, which left me feeling dissatisfied. However, the larger room I was moved to had better outlets and airflow, although it still had some issues like cigarette burns on the blankets.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just 2 blocks from the Fremont Experience offering convenience and quiet surroundings. The rooms, however, were disappointing with cleanliness and odor issues. The service was friendly and accommodating, with minor reservations regarding reservations and animal policies.
Upon returning to my room, I found several dead bugs on the floor, which I reported the next day. The staff blamed me for not having informed them earlier. The room was not properly cleaned, as there were empty cheese wrappers and a hat beside the bed, and the TV was old with no remote control.
The hotel is conveniently located close to nightlife entertainment and attractions, making it easy to find and access. Although the rooms were somewhat dim and had issues with daylight visible around the frame, the overall stay was pleasant. The service was attentive, especially when dealing with unexpected malfunctions. However, there were minor inconveniences like the lack of in-room phone for wake-up calls. The dining experience was average, and the facilities could be improved for a better guest experience.
